The colour is pale yellow with beautiful glints of green, and brilliantly clear. The bouquet is exuberant and lets you dream: plenty of fruit (grapefruit, lychee, passion-fruit) and a hint of acacia.
He taste is well-rounded, quite full and very fresh, and there is a good follow-through from the bouquet: fruit, more fruit, ever more fruit.
The wine is best drunk within 18 months, and served chilled. It is good as an apéritif, or served with cold meats, fish and shellfish.
